AIP Paleo “Cuppa” Fruit Cobbler

Cuppa fruit cobbler is a Southern traditional summertime dessert that is so simple and easy to make you can whip it up on a busy weeknight and have the kids help. This version is based off of my Grandma’s recipe but with Paleo and AIP ingredients (and a lot less sugar!)

Paleo King Cake for Mardi Gras (two variations)

New Orleans has a very special place in my heart, and since I couldn’t make it back for Mardi Gras this year, I decided to create a delicious and authentic paleo King Cake to enjoy from Florida. Since I am an over-achiever, I created TWO different recipes you can use – one with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry, and one with an ingredient you NEED to stock! Check out the recipes, learn more about New Orleans, Mardi Gras, and King Cakes, and laissez les bon temps rouler!

Autoimmune Paleo Apple Crisp
