Paleo Orange Blossom Cookies

Hello, dear readers! I am pleased to introduce you to Erin from Pure and Simple Nourishment, who is sharing her recipe for orange blossom cookies. They are paleo, SCD, and GAPS compliant, but not autoimmune protocol (AIP) due to the almond flour. But! Don’t be discouraged — these would make an excellent recipe to test the reintroduction of almond flour into your diet, as that is the only non-AIP ingredient. Please join me in giving her a warm welcome, and I hope you enjoy her recipe!

Autoimmune Paleo Raw “Oreo” Bites

Today I am very excited to bring you a guest post from Angela at Paleo Kitchen Lab. She’s extremely creative with her simple, yet delicious paleo recipes, and this one is no exception! There are just 4 simple ingredients in these “Oreo” or “Un-Oreo” bites, and best of all, they are autoimmune paleo! This is a great kid-friendly recipe and sounds perfect for hot summer days! I can’t wait to make these myself. Please help me extend a warm welcome to Angela! And if you don’t already follow her, be sure to check her out on Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram

Autoimmune Paleo Savory Breakfast Cookies (aka flattened biscuits)

Sometimes kitchen failures turn into great recipes. I’ve tried and tried to come up with an egg-free, autoimmune paleo biscuit, but, no matter what I do, they don’t rise. They’ve all come out flat as pancakes! Thus, Savory Breakfast Cookies were born. Even though they don’t look like a biscuit, they taste like one, and they make the perfect AIP savory breakfast bread!

Paleo Plantain Flour Pancakes

I have tried a LOT of gluten-free/paleo pancake recipes, and I think that plantain flour pancakes are my new favorite. They have a lovely savory flavor,  a pleasant, fluffy texture, and they are super easy to handle in the frying pan. Bonus: there is a variation for an egg-free, autoimmune paleo-friendly version here that uses gelatin. Whichever version you make, you will enjoy these!
